Intra Green Sarl’s initial investment is in the UK-based company, H3O International Limited. The product the FRED, Fuel Reducing Emission Device, is a wet cell hydrogen generator that utilizes electrolysis to separate hydrogen and oxygen molecules in water, creating an HHO gas mixture.  This HHO gas is introduced into the combustion chamber, resulting in a cleaner burn, reduced emissions, decreased carbon deposits and lower fuel consumption.

We are actively seeking partnerships with companies that operate large fleets of HGVs and generators, aiming to enhance their environmental profile and minimize fuel usage. We emphasize partnerships over traditional client or customer relationships, as both parties benefit from the deployment of FREDs.

The installation of FRED offers a multitude of benefits, including:

• A remarkable 64% reduction in CO2 emissions
• An impressive 47% reduction in carbon monoxide
• A substantial 71% reduction in NOx emissions
• A staggering 94% reduction in hydrocarbon emissions
• An impressive 20% reduction in fuel consumption

We do not charge any start-up or installation fees, nor do we require payment for the FRED device itself. Instead, we offer a profit-sharing arrangement based on monthly savings achieved by our partners. By our real-time measuring of the fuel consumption for each HGV and generator, we invoice our partners for 50% of the cost savings, while the partners retain the remaining 50%. This model ensures a mutually advantageous solution for both parties.

H3O International Limited will lead an international roll-out, with financing provided in collaboration with regional partners responsible for production, installation, and maintenance in their respective areas. The roll-out has already commenced, beginning with the establishment of H3O Scandinavia ApS and H3O Benelux Sarl as the first European companies under the H3O International Limited umbrella.
